Favourite on-track position?

I’m still finding where I want to be, I tend to end up on the outside. I also like to be fat controller if I’m feeling awesome!

Why did you get involved with roller derby?

To have something for me to get away from it all. Sounded like a great way to make friends too.

The best thing about being a Cat is…

Being part of such a lovely group of people. I feel like I have known everyone forever and I love all my cat and kitten buddies x

I’m Zandra, I have 2 girls. I currently work in a sales team, small call centre type thing. I enjoy roller discos, walking and nagging the boyfriend

What would you say to someone thinking of starting roller derby?

If you are thinking of starting, give it a go. I never thought in a million years that I could do anything like roller derby. Don’t compare yourself to others when learning, and give it your all. There will be ups and downs, but it’s all worth it in the end.
